Terms of Service & Data Licensing Agreement

1. Commercial Grant of License

Upon purchasing or licensing a dataset from Zynvo Data Systems, the client is granted a perpetual, non-exclusive, worldwide commercial license to use the data for internal sales prospecting, market research, analytics, and legitimate B2B outbound marketing.

2. Ethical & Anti-Spam Compliance

Clients agree to use all extracted contact records in strict accordance with applicable global communications legislation, including the US CAN-SPAM Act, CASL, UK PECR, and EU GDPR.
